In many parts of the world, cutlets have long been part of the daily diet. This dish is combined with almost all types of side dishes, and they like to use them both for lunch and dinner, and some do not mind eating cutlets in the morning. There are many varieties of this dish, but meatballs with filling attract special attention. 1. Chopped beef cutlets with prunes

 

To prepare tender beef cutlets with prunes, you will need:

500 g of beef; 2 onions; 300 g prunes; 2 medium carrots; 50 g parsley; salt, pepper (to taste).

Mix chopped beef with finely chopped onion, parsley, add salt and pepper. Cut carrots and prunes into thin slices, wrap in meat. Fry cutlets on each side for 7 minutes or bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees.

 

2. Minced chicken cutlets with eggplant and green onions

Cooking juicy chicken cutlets without adding bread and milk is not easy, but thanks to the eggplant filling, the cutlets turn out to be truly melting.

Ingredients:

500 g minced chicken; 2-3 medium sized eggplants; 2 eggs; 100-150 g green onions; salt, pepper (to taste).

To begin, peel the eggplants, cut into small cubes, and simmer for 20-25 minutes over low heat with chopped green onions. Do not forget to add salt and pepper to the filling, you can experiment with other spices. While the eggplant is stewing, mix the minced meat with 2 eggs (thanks to them, the cutlets become airy), add salt and pepper. After the filling is stewed, blind cutlets, and fry for 10-15 minutes.

3. Chopped lamb cutlets with cilantro and bell pepper

Everyone knows that lamb and cilantro complement each other perfectly, but so that the cutlets are not too fatty, Bulgarian pepper will come to the rescue.

Ingredients:

500 g lamb; 2 onions; 200 g cilantro; 200-250 g of bell pepper (4-6 pieces); salt, pepper, rosemary (to taste).

 

Chop the lamb, mix with finely chopped onion, add salt, pepper, rosemary. Cut the bell pepper into cubes, and finely chop the cilantro. Blind cutlets, fry for 10 minutes on each side, constantly turning over. If the lamb still seems too greasy, put the cutlets on parchment paper and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

4. Minced beef cutlets with suluguni cheese and cranberries

Sounds unusual, right? But the taste is really amazing. A small amount of cranberries sets off the salty taste of cheese, adds a touch of sourness and piquancy to ground beef.

Ingredients:

500 g ground beef; 70 ml. milk; 300 g of suluguni cheese; 150 g cranberries; salt, pepper (to taste).

Mix minced meat with milk, add a little salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, grind the cranberries and cheese until smooth. Blind cutlets, fry for 10-15 minutes, covered with a lid.

5. Minced pork cutlets with carrots and garlic

 

Minced pork is most often used in the preparation of cutlets, but have you tried adding delicious garlic carrots to the filling? If not, you have lost a lot, urgently correct the situation.

Ingredients:

500 g minced pork; 70 ml. cream; 350 g carrots; 1 large head or 10 cloves of garlic; 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream; salt, pepper, curry (to taste).

Finely chop the carrots, send them to the pan on a slow fire, pour 1 cup of boiled water, add sour cream, grated garlic, salt, pepper, curry to taste. Stew the carrots for 20-30 minutes under the lid, then fry over high heat until the liquid has evaporated. Cool down. Mix minced pork with cream and spices. Blind cutlets and send for 20-30 minutes in the oven.

6. Chopped chicken cutlets with zucchini

 

Meat cutlets with mushrooms have long become a classic in our kitchen, but in a new version, namely with zucchini, this dish is revealed in a completely different way.

Ingredients:

500 g chicken fillet; 350 g zucchini; 3 art. spoons of sour cream; 2 eggs; 150 ml 20% cream; 60 g dill; salt, pepper (to taste).

Fry chopped zucchini in butter until golden brown, add cream, dill, salt, pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes under the lid. Finely chop the chicken fillet, mix with eggs and sour cream, season, sculpt cutlets, fry for 7-8 minutes on each side.

7. Pangusius cutlets with ricotta cheese and pine nuts

 

Fish cutlets perfectly complement the table if you are already tired of meat cutlets. In addition, pangasius is famous for its fat content and the absence of a bright smell when cooked in the oven.

Ingredients:

500 g pangasius fillet; 1 egg; 3 cloves of garlic; 350 g ricotta cheese; 100 g dill; 100 g of pine nuts; salt, pepper, seasoning for fish (to taste).

We pass the pangasius through a meat grinder with garlic, add the egg, salt, pepper and your favorite spices for fish. In a separate bowl, mix cheese, dill, salt, pepper and pine nuts. We form cutlets, spread on parchment paper and send to a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

8. Chopped Veal Cutlets with Leek and Green Beans

Tender veal goes well with green beans, and leek gives a special piquancy and makes the meat even softer.

 

Ingredients:

500 g of veal; 1 yolk; 300 g of green beans; 200 g leeks; 50 ml. cream; 100 ml. white wine; 100 g butter; salt, pepper (to taste).

In vegetable oil, fry finely chopped leek and green beans, add salt, pepper, pour out the wine and evaporate. Mix chopped veal with cream, yolk, add salt and pepper. We form cutlets, in the middle, in addition to onions and beans, put a small amount of butter, fry on both sides for 10-15 minutes.

9. Turkey cutlets with pumpkin

Turkey and pumpkin create an incredible union, and if you combine these two products into cutlets, it will turn out just amazing.

Ingredients:

500 g minced turkey; 250 g pumpkin; 2 onions; 1 egg; 75 ml cream; salt, pepper (to taste).

Of course, you can first stew the pumpkin and turn it into a puree, but it's better to go the easy way and grate it, adding salt and pepper. Mix minced turkey with pumpkin, onion, egg, cream, also add spices. We form cutlets, fry for 5-7 minutes on each side.

10. Minced pork cutlets with egg and herbs

 

We all know perfectly well what delicious pies are made with egg and herbs, but do you know what great cutlets are made with these products?

Ingredients:

500 g minced pork; 7-8 eggs; 100 g carrots; 100 ml of milk, 150 g of dill and parsley, salt, pepper (to taste).

Boil the eggs, cool, peel, cut into small pieces and mix with herbs. Mix finely chopped carrots with minced meat and milk. We make cutlets, put them on parchment paper, bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
