Seelbach

  • Bourbon - 40 ml.

     
  • Orange liqueur - 20 ml.

  • Bitter Pecho - 3 ml.

  • Angostura bitters - 3 ml.

  • Sugar - 1 cube.

  • Sparkling wine - 75 ml.

Mix everything, except champagne , in a mixing glass with ice, stir, strain into a chilled glass and pour champagne on top .

Created in 1995 by Adam Seeger at the Seelbach Hilton Hotel. Adam told everyone the story of finding a lost recipe from 1918, a lie that was revealed only a year ago.

 

French75

  • Gin - 20 ml.

  • Lemon juice - 15 ml.

  • Sugar syrup - 10 ml.

  • Prosecco - 200 ml.

Mix all the ingredients, add a glass of prosecco, mix.

The cocktail is named after the 75 mm artillery weapon that was in service with the French army during the First World War. It was a fast-firing cannon with a soft and smooth recoil, and the cocktail has the same qualities . Today there are several varieties of the cocktail : with vodka - French76, with bourbon - French95 and a cognac version - French125 (despite the fact that sometimes 75 is found with brandy).

 

Toki

  • Yuzu puree - 30 ml.

  • Sparkling wine - 120 ml.

  • Edible gold for decoration.

Cool the sparkling wine , combine in a shaker with yuzu puree, pour into a champagne glass , decorate with edible gold.

The author's cocktail was invented in honor of the crane - a crane with golden feathers, a well-known symbol of Japan.

 

Israel Spritz

  • Pomegranate, lemon, lime cordial - 25 ml.

  • Peach liqueur - 50 ml.

  • Prosecco - 120 ml.

Mix all the ingredients, decorate with cotton candy and pomegranate seeds.

One of the many variants of classic syringes. These cocktails date back to the mid-19th century, when Austrian soldiers stationed in the Veneto region mixed local wines (including prosecco) with sparkling water.
