The Christmas and New Year holidays can be extremely challenging for overweight and obese people trying to get in shape. It is often said that they look forward to the coming days in order to have the absolute excuse to enjoy the delicacies.

The truth is that they look forward to the holidays with concerns about their weakness to resist the temptations of the table.
