Researchers believe that spices can slow down the absorption of fats, and antioxidants can remove harmful radicals formed during overeating.
A low-calorie meal or a day of overeating will not disturb our diet and health. However, neither overeating nor malnutrition should become a habit. It is important that we do not blame ourselves for past elections, especially with regard to food. Strive to eat fresh seasonal fruits every day, drink more water and exercise more often.
