There are already many facts in favor of this assertion. And studies regularly conducted by scientists are discovering more and more evidence of the benefits of a morning glass of water.
By the way, the Japanese were the first to do this, so it’s worth taking an example from them. Who, if not the inhabitants of the East, scrupulously monitor their health and try to use all new discoveries or research results for their own benefit?
There are plenty of reasons to wake up in the morning and drink a glass of water. Here are some of them.

Drink only clean water. Not boiled and not mineral, but simply purified. Liquid should be at room temperature. Too cold can cause stomach cramps, and too hot will likely make you sweat. Be sure to pause between drinking water and breakfast. It should take at least 45 minutes, and preferably 1 hour. The liquid should be taken in small sips, distributing the time so that it takes about 1-15 minutes to consume 250-300 grams.
Such a simple solution as a morning fluid intake can energize, improve the body and become a preventive measure for a number of serious diseases.
