A recent study published in the European Journal found that moderate coffee consumption is likely to reduce the risk of dementia by 60%, as well as the risk of Parkinson's.
 
The risk of diabetes and obesity when drinking coffee comes from overdosing on its daily dose, the researchers said. In clinical trials, they found that not consuming high- calorie foods , but combining them with a large amount of coffee leads to obesity and overweight.
