You will not have to wait long, a couple of weeks - and you will admire the first sprouts.

2. Leek

This variety is an excellent alternative to regular green onions - it is juicy, slightly sweet and with a specific aftertaste. It is grown easily and without special expenses.

3. Fennel

The thick fennel root often disappears in the bin, and in vain. By soaking a whole onion in a jar, you will provide yourself with a delicious spice for a very long time. Fennel grows wonderfully.

 

4. Cymbopogon

This plant, unfortunately, is not well known to everyone. We offer to catch up. Lemongrass makes a great addition to just about anything, especially fish. To grow it at home, first put the cymbopogon root in water, and after about a week, when it sprouts, transplant it into a pot of earth.

5. Celery

To grow celery at home, place a thick stalk in a jar of water, but be sure to root down. Do not forget to change the water, this is very important for this plant. And in the summer, the spine can be planted in the garden.

 

6. Bok choy

This small variety of cabbage is completely unpretentious in the soil and is easily grown in any conditions. Like cymbopogon, the root must first be planted in water, and after a couple of weeks, transplanted into a wide container with earth. Grows almost a month, but it's worth it.

And this salad needs constant heat. It is grown from seedlings in warm rooms and in fertilized soil. If you grow Romaine lettuce at home, do not forget that it should definitely be covered with a cloth and watered. But do not overdo it, this product does not like a lot of moisture.

If you don’t have time to hump in the garden in the heat, but there is a desire to eat homemade potatoes, the option of planting this vegetable at home is optimal. Before planting in the ground, cut the potatoes into several pieces and let dry for several days. A prerequisite is the presence of an "eye" on the potato. Plant potatoes in fertilized soil at least 20 cm deep.
