Cheese, carrots, onions, cranberries, raisins and celery are some of the foods that are good for keeping your teeth healthy.

Maintaining good dental health is essential for the overall well-being of the body. Healthy teeth require a sufficient amount of minerals and vitamins , which can be obtained through the following foods.

1. Cheese

Dairy products are a rich source of calcium, which is an important mineral for teeth. Cheese is a dairy product that effectively suppresses plaque buildup by reducing acid levels in the mouth. Some hard cheeses even remove bacteria from the mouth. Therefore, hard cheese is considered more useful than soft.


 

2. Whole

Celery is a vegetable that maintains good oral hygiene. Consumption of raw celery is preferable to processed celery, as the crunchy fibrous stem of vegetables can help produce more saliva and neutralize bacteria that cause bad breath and dental problems.

 

3. Raisins

Raisins contain compounds such as oleanolic acid, which effectively fights dental caries by preventing the reproduction and spread of bacteria in the mouth. These sweet dried fruits keep the gums healthy by preventing the formation of caries and other dental diseases.

 

4. Cranberries

5. Carrots
