"Air" Diet

Duration: 7 days                       

"Slope": 3-4 kg.

 

Diet conditions      

Exclude sugar and salt. Still water - welcome! And at least 8 glasses a day. You should drink only natural juice. Packaged product from supermarkets is not recommended.

Menu:

Breakfast and lunch are the same for all days of the week.

Breakfast (every day):

  • a slice of black bread with a piece of cheese;
  • a glass of tea without sugar.

Noon (for each day):       

  • oatmeal, boiled with boiling water and seasoned with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of natural yogurt.

Other meals:

Day 1

Dinner:

  • buckwheat porridge;
  • a glass of kefir.

Supper:

  • fruit salad with natural yogurt;
  • 1-2 cups of fresh pineapple juice.

Day 2

Dinner:

  • vegetable stew - 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of beans (can be extinguished by adding a spoonful of sunflower oil).
 

Supper:

  • 150 g of boiled chicken meat (without skin);
  • 1 hard-boiled egg;
  • 1 glass of fresh pineapple juice.

Day 3

Dinner:

  • An 80-gram piece of lard (yes, yes, it's his, native!) With a piece of black bread;
  • 1 banana;
  • 2 Art. spoons of natural yogurt.

Supper:

  • mashed potatoes;
  • 2 glasses of fresh tomato juice.

Day 4

Dinner:

  • buckwheat porridge;
  • a glass of kefir;
  • in the break between meals, drink 5-7 tablets of activated charcoal.

Supper:

  • fruit salad dressed with natural yogurt;
  • 1-2 cups of fresh pineapple juice.

Day 5     

Dinner:

  • 60 g of boiled chicken breast (remove the skin);
  • rice side dish;
  • 1 glass of kefir.

Supper:

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs;
  • 1 glass of fresh pineapple juice.

Day 6

Dinner:

  • buckwheat porridge;
  • 1 apple;
  • 1 orange.

Supper:

 
  • grated carrot (1 pc.), seasoned with natural yogurt;
  • 2 apples;
  • 2 cups of green tea without sugar.

Day 7

Dinner:

  • vegetable stew - 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of beans (can be extinguished by adding a spoonful of sunflower oil).

Supper:

  • 2-3 bananas;
  • 1 glass of fresh apple juice.
