The essence of the apricot diet

You should eat less, but often. Fluids should be taken before or half an hour after a meal.

During the diet, you can pamper yourself with well-ripened juicy fruits or invent a dish from them.

For example, take 500 g of fresh apricots and 300 g of dried apricots, squeeze the juice from the fresh ones, and cut the dried ones into small pieces or grind them with a blender. Mix the ingredients and you will get apricot puree soup. Eat it throughout the day.

The result: in 3-5 days you can get rid of 3-5 kg.
