The cabbage soup diet, also known as Bonn soup,  is one of the means for fast fat burning. The secret is that you burn more calories than you eat. To achieve a good result, you should not drink alcohol while adhering to the regime, otherwise the process of melting fat does not work. If you drink alcohol, it should be taken 24 hours before the start of the diet.

You may have a new rhythm of digestion, but this is perfectly normal.

How to lose weight with cabbage soup

The main thing is: no bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks, incl. dietary. Drink only tea, coffee, fruit juices (all without sugar) or skim milk; mineral water is best.

Keep thinking that the more soup you eat, the more fat you burn. If you strictly follow the diet, you will lose 5 to 9 kg in a week. It is very important to eat the right foods on the right days.

If you lose 7 or more pounds in 1 week, stop the diet for 2 days. You can continue it at any time, but do not eat the soup if you do not adhere to the diet.

You can diet as often as you like. If you have interrupted it, start again from the first day.

Recipe for cabbage soup for weight loss

Products:

  • 6 medium onions
  • a few (to taste) tomatoes (maybe canned)
  • 1 slightly large cabbage
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cube vegetable broth

Cut the vegetables into small to medium pieces and pour water over them. add salt, pepper and curry if desired. Cook for 10 minutes on high heat, then reduce the heat and continue cooking until the vegetables are soft.

Bonne soup does not contain calories, so you can eat as much as you want. But you should not eat only it. Other products should be present in your menu.

  • First day: eat soup and all kinds of fruits without bananas. Drink tea or coffee without milk, cranberry juice and water.
  • Second day: soup and fresh, raw or canned vegetables. Do not eat old beans, green beans and corn. During lunch you can eat baked potatoes with butter. Do not eat fruit. Drink only water.
  • Third day: eat soup, fruits, vegetables (without baked potatoes, legumes and bananas), drink water. You should have lost 2-3 kg in 3 days.
  • Fourth day: soup, fruits and vegetables (including banana, but not more than 3 pcs.), Drink skim milk and water.
  • Fifth day: soup, beef (300-600 g per day) and tomatoes (fresh or canned). Drink 6-8 glasses of water.
  • Sixth day: beef, vegetables (especially leafy) and soup. Drink water, do not eat baked potatoes.
  • Seventh day: brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice, vegetables and soup. You can add all kinds of spices to the soup and vegetables. Drink only water.

At the end of the seventh day, if you followed everything written, you should have lost between 5 and 9 kg of weight.

During this week, do not eat fried foods or cooked with fat.

Adhere to the following rules:

  • follow the menu and do not add any other products;
  • pull up every morning;
  • eat soup every time you feel hungry;
  • be careful with butter, it is allowed only once a week with baked potatoes;
  • carefully remove the fat from the meat.

If you are strict in the implementation of the diet, you will be satisfied with the results after this week.
