Cut the sausages into pieces about 1 cm thick. Roll each dumpling in flour and place on a board dusted with flour to put in the freezer. Or boil immediately in salted boiling water. Frozen dumplings do not need to be thawed beforehand, immediately dip into boiling water and boil.

Stir gently and cook for exactly 3 minutes after the dumplings float to the top. Scoop out onto plates and serve immediately. Very tasty with sour cream, as well as butter and sugar!

Whisk the eggs with the sugar until it is completely dissolved. Then add water and vegetable oil. Stir again. Then gradually introduce the sifted flour and beat. The dough should turn out in consistency, like viscous kefir and without lumps.

Heat a pan for pancakes and pour in 2/3 ladle of batter. Spread over the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. So simple and so delicious!

Healthy cheesecakes with banana in the oven

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Spread the mass in portions with a tablespoon. Then, with wet hands, form each portion into a cheesecake.
