After this time, sprinkle the eggs with your favorite cheese and send for another 30 seconds in the microwave. Take out the finished eggs with cheese and sour cream, put on a baguette. You can sprinkle with green onions or dill.
And another omelet! For this option, you will need any vegetables of your choice, it is better to use half a tomato and half a bell pepper, they give a lot of juice. Cut vegetables into cubes, add 1 egg, 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of milk, spices to taste. Mix thoroughly and microwave for 2 minutes.
To make an awesome egg flatbread pizza, mix 1 egg with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk, add chopped sausage, a little grated cheese, spices, mix and send for 1.5 minutes in the microwave. As soon as the egg hardens, put the resulting omelet on the cake.
