The most important rule is not to miss meals, during the day this should happen 4-5 times and be sure to have breakfast.

As we have already said, the basis of the diet consists in the consumption of products high in cellulose - these are fibers that are part of plants. Its importance for good digestion has been scientifically proven through numerous studies and the lack of cellulose in the diet is one of the reasons leading to obesity. Cellulose does not contain any calories and is extremely suitable when it comes to weight loss. The products that contain it cleanse the body of toxins and toxins.

There are two types of cellulose: soluble and insoluble. Both must be included in the menu. Only then can you count on continuous weight loss and normalization of metabolism.

Most cellulose is found in: almonds, legumes, bread, bran, raisins, peanuts.

The diet is divided into 3 stages

First stage - lasts 3 weeks, during which you should limit the amount of unnecessary carbohydrates. You should give up: potatoes, pastries, pasta, corn, rice, all kinds of alcohol, sweet and fatty foods.

Can be consumed: lean meat, seafood, skim cheese and cottage cheese, eggs (not more than 3 per week), avocado, olives, olive oil, almonds, cashews, peanuts. Also vegetables that do not contain starch (beets, onions, cucumbers, asparagus, eggplant, tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage, celery, turnips, mushrooms, green beans).

Of the sweet products, only jelly, dietary cocoa and whipped cream without sugar are allowed.

Drinks: mineral water, coffee and tea without sugar.

As for the fruit, it can be eaten, but not more than 1 per intake and not in the form of juices.

Dishes can be flavored with parsley and other green plants, garlic, soy sauce, spices, pickled vegetables, tabasco sauce.

Second stage - through it the amount of carbohydrates increases and you can even return to the products that are among the prohibited before the first stage. Calories taken per day should not exceed 1400. Add 1 more fruit to your menu and treat yourself to a glass of wine for dinner. You can stick to this stage until you achieve the desired results.

Third stage - allows you to further increase the content of carbohydrates in the menu, but the cellulose must remain in large quantities. Calories per day should be between 1400 - 1600.
