Whole grain toast with cheese and avocado

 

This is a great option for those who like to prepare sandwiches for morning coffee.

Ingredients:

Whole grain bread - 3 slices; Cheese - 100 grams; Avocado - 1 pc.; Butter - 20 grams; Salt and pepper - to taste; Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Put the bread in the pan and dry it. Cut the cheese into thin slices. Peel the avocado, cut into slices and drizzle with lemon. Remove the bread from the pan and brush with butter. Throw in cheese and avocado. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top to taste. Bon appetit!

"Lazy" buckwheat with raisins and honey

 

The advantage of this recipe is that part of the process makes the evening before. This is a wonderful time saver.

We will need:

Buckwheat - 150 grams; Kefir - 300 grams; Honey - to taste; Raisins - 20 grams.

Wash the buckwheat and dry it. Pour 200 grams of kefir and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, add the remaining kefir, raisins and honey to taste. Mix and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Egg - 1 pc.; Salt - 1 pinch; Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.

 

Place a sheet of cling film in a small cup or other suitable container. Lubricate it with vegetable oil. Gently beat in the egg, add a pinch of salt. Tie the edges tightly and dip in boiling water. Boil for a couple of minutes over medium heat. Carefully cut open the bag, remove the egg and serve on a slice of fresh loaf or toast.

Smoothie with yogurt and berries

 

This smoothie will help charge the body with useful vitamins.

You will need:

Natural yogurt - 1 cup; Berry mix - 150 grams; Sugar - optional.

 

Send the washed and dried berries to the blender bowl. Add yogurt. You can add some sugar or honey if you like. Beat everything until smooth. All pour into a glass and enjoy!

Dairy oatmeal without cooking

 

Hearty and tasty porridge is a wonderful option for breakfast.

Ingredients:

Oatmeal - 150 grams; Milk - 200 grams; Water - 100 grams; Butter - 50 grams; Salt and sugar - to taste.

 

Pour the cereal into a deep bowl. Salt to taste and add sugar if desired. Bring milk and water to a boil. Pour into cereal, cover and let sit for a couple of minutes. Stir, add butter and porridge can be served.
