  • Juices from: red beets, blackcurrants, blueberries, blackberries.
  • Products with a high content of vitamin D: oatmeal, potatoes, alfalfa, nettle, dandelion, horsetail - they all contribute to the absorption of calcium.
  • Products with a large amount of vitamin E in its composition (strengthen immunity): soybean oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, beans, buckwheat, beef, bananas, tomatoes, pears.
  • Products rich in vitamin C: avocado, pineapple, watermelon, baked sweet potatoes, fresh peas in pods, grapefruit, guava, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, corn, lemon, raspberry, mango, tangerines, green peppers, peaches, parsley, turnips, beets, celery, plums, mulberries, pumpkin.
  • Lean meats, fish, and cereals should be consumed.

Harmful products for chlamydia
