After a meal, each of the study participants had a blood test. It has been found that the level of fat in the blood of people taking polyphenols is about 20% lower than those who were not given supplements.
 


According to Japanese scientists, apple polyphenol undoubtedly affects overweight, but its real effect also depends on the amount of food, diet and exercise.
