Necessary products:

  • 1 small red beet, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespoon dried cherries
  • 60 grams of frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds or hemp protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 350 milliliters of almond milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method of preparation:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and mash at high speed until smooth.
  • Add ginger or lemon juice if needed.
  • Pour the vitamin smoothie into a large glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and store briefly in a training bag.
