Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons (topped) cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water (cold)
  • 1 egg

For the stuffing:

  • 4 large apples
  • 150 grams of brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons walnuts (or other nuts)
  • 50 grams of cornflakes
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • oil to spread the form

For serving:

Method of preparation :

In a deep bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa and sugar, add the softened butter, the egg and knead the dough.
