  • Second day: breakfast - light coffee and a slice of bran bread; lunch - a piece of boiled chicken, dinner - ham, lettuce and green tea;
  • Third day: breakfast - coffee and rusk; lunch - carrot with butter, fresh tomato and tangerine; for dinner - 2 eggs with low-fat sausage, lettuce leaves, maybe green tea;
  • Fourth-day n: breakfast - rusk and a cup of coffee; lunch consists of a boiled egg, fresh carrot and two pieces of cheese; for dinner - fruit salad with kefir;
  • Fifth day: breakfast of grated carrots; lunch of boiled fish with tomatoes, and for dinner - boiled beef and green tea;
  • Sixth day: a cup of coffee for breakfast, lunch - chicken with lettuce; dinner - boiled fish and tea;
  • Seventh-day: a cup of tea for breakfast; boiled beef and fruit for lunch; dinner - a piece of lean meat sausage.

 

What results should you expect?

If you follow the diet successfully in the first week, then do the second in the same way. You should not be subjected to this diet for a long time, as well as no more often than once a year. During the French diet, the body completely reorganizes and adapts to the new diet.

With minimal effort, ie abstaining from forbidden foods, you can expect good results. The diet gives the real opportunity to get rid of 3 to 10 kg, the exact weight largely depends on the characteristics of the particular organism. And of course, in order to maintain the new weight for a longer time, it is necessary to radically change your eating habits, and not to make up for what you missed after the end of the diet.
