Among all edible forest mushrooms, butterflies occupy an honorable place. The butterflies got their name because of the slippery slimy hat. This cap protects the fungus from drying out. Oils are boiled, dried, marinated. However, all these works involve preliminary cleaning.

Before cooking, you need to properly clean the oil. The skin from the cap must be removed. The oily skin of the cap, in contact with water, swells very strongly, absorbing moisture. After a while, a sticky viscosity appears there, which can ruin the whole dish. Never soak these mushrooms in water before cleaning, as they quickly absorb liquid and make cleaning very difficult.
Recipes with oil ingredient
Step 1
For work, we need fresh butter, a knife, sunflower oil.
Step 2
Before work, grease your hands and knife well with sunflower oil and periodically wipe the knife with sunflower oil during work. With this method of cleaning, your hands will not turn black, and the sticky hat will not stick to your hands and knife.
Step 3
Clean the stem of the mushroom by scraping off the dirt.
Step 4
Tear off a small piece of paper towel and completely cover the mushroom cap with it. Press well so that the napkin sticks.
Step 5
Then move on to removing the sticky skin from the oiler cap. With a knife, hook the skin on the edge of the mushroom and pull it to the center of the cap. Thus, walk around the circle of the hat.

All the sticky skin will gather in the center of the cap.

Pull on it and pull it off. The mushroom is ready for further cooking.
