Required products :
1 kg of fresh cabbage
500 grams of tomatoes
500 grams of carrots
500 grams of red peppers
500 grams of old onions
50 grams of garlic
1/2 teaspoon sugar
5 teaspoons vinegar 9%
250 milliliters of vegetable fat
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the peppers into straws, mash the garlic with a press, onion and tomatoes cut into semicircles, chop the cabbage finely and grate the carrot on a large grater.
Mix all the vegetables in a suitable bowl and add the spices, vinegar and oil (it can also be to taste).
The finished salad is stored in the refrigerator (preferably in jars).
