How To Cook Baked Broccoli With Potatoes, Bacon, Chicken And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of broccoli
  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 150 grams of bacon strips
  • 100 grams of boiled chicken
  • 150 grams of cooking cream (33% fat)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • sugar
  • pepper
  • sol

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the broccoli in salted water until semi-finished. Then rinse them with cold water and allow them to drain well.

Boil the potatoes, cool, peel and cut into thin slices.

Fry the bacon strips in their own fat with the finely chopped onion and add the cooked chicken to them.

Then arrange the products in a tray in layers: potatoes, bacon with onions and chicken, broccoli.

Combine the cream with the eggs, season with black pepper and salt. Pour this mixture into the pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, to which you have added breadcrumbs, a little sugar and bake the dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
