Necessary products:
- 3-4 potatoes
- 1-2 teaspoons of melted butter
- olive oil for spreading
- salt, pepper and oregano to taste
- muffin tin
Method of preparation:
Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into fine circles and dry. Arrange the slices lengthwise, one on top of the other and roll. Glaze the forms with olive oil and arrange the roses in them.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, melted butter and oregano. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden brown. Serve the potato flowers warm as a garnish, decoration or on their own. If desired, you can sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
