How To Cook Baked Potatoes With Crispy Butter Crust - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes, peeled and cut in bulk
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons softened butter
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, chopped in bulk

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
  • Put the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with cold water.
  • Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons kosher salt and 1 tablespoon white vinegar.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes, until slightly softened.
  • Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a large bowl.
  • Add the butter and mix gently to cover evenly.
  • Spread them in a pan covered with baking paper and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle with rosemary.
  • Bake the potatoes for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown, turning them in the middle of baking.
  • Spread on a plate and serve hot.
