Necessary products:
1 kg potatoes (peeled and cut into thin circles)
1 tsp salt
a little freshly ground black pepper
a pinch of nutmeg
1 egg
2 glasses of milk
100 grams of grated Swiss cheese (yellow cheese)
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons butter
Method of preparation:
Season the half-cooked potatoes with salt, pepper, nutmeg and half of the grated cheese. Mix all this, add the egg, milk and stir again.
Grease a ceramic dish with oil, grate the garlic in it and put the potatoes. The surface must be flat. Sprinkle the remaining yellow cheese on top, sprinkle with oil and place in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 40-45 minutes. Do not remove until the potatoes are soft and golden brown.
Cut into portions and serve garnished with green spices.
