Required products :

  • 500 grams of raw sausage (use only the inside)

  • 6 tea cups finely chopped leeks
  • 3 apples, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 tea cups chopped celery stalks
  • 4 teaspoons spice mixture for meat
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 cup cranberries - dried
  • 12 tea cups sliced ​​bread
  • 1 1/3 tea cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Fry the sausage for 10 minutes, until ready, during which time chop it.
