Required products :

  • 4 soft bananas, smeared
  • 1 teaspoon softened butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla (extract)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons liquid cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk (400 milliliters)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Using a fork, mash the bananas and turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

Beat the butter with the sugar to get a fluffy cream. Add the eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and mashed bananas and mix the products.

Add half the flour, stir and add the sour cream. Then add the remaining flour and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour the dough into a sex mold and bake for 1 hour (if you use a metal mold, pre-grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour).

Allow the finished cake to cool completely.

Stir the cream until soft peaks, add the condensed milk, remaining vanilla and salt.

With a sharp knife, cut out the center of the cake, trying to keep as many whole pieces as possible. Pour the cream into the resulting well, and place the cut piece of cake on top so as to give it back its original shape.

Cover and store in the freezer for 3-4 hours to freeze the filling of the cake.

Turn and decorate as desired with pieces of banana, cream, sugar sticks and more of your choice.
