Required products :
- 1 kg of bananas
- 200 grams of pure white chocolate (without additives and impurities)
- 1 teaspoon liquid cream (with 15% fat content)
Method of preparation :
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath until a thick paste is obtained, in which mash the peeled bananas and stir. Then beat the mixture together with the cream until smooth.
Transfer to a suitable freezer container and place in the freezer, periodically removing and stirring the fruit-chocolate combination.
You can serve the finished ice cream sprinkled with milk chocolate shavings, decorate with fresh mint leaves or banana rings.
