How To Cook Bean Salad With Chicken Liver And Onion - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Bean salad with chicken livers and onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of chicken liver
  • 250 grams of red beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • oil, salt, pepper
  • mayonnaise if desired

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the beans (soak it in cold water beforehand), chop the onion, plan carrots in bulk.

Wash the chicken livers well and cut them.

Then fry onions and carrots in hot oil.

In a separate pan, sauté the liver until ready, season to taste.

Mix all products in the salad bowl. Add the crushed garlic cloves and add salt if necessary.

Stir in the salad and you can serve it with mayonnaise if you wish. It is delicious both hot and cold.
