How To Cook Bean Salad With Leeks, Red Onions And Tomatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of fresh tomatoes
  • 1 stalk leek
  • 1 red onion
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 stalk fresh oregano
  • 1 green pickled pepper
  • salt, pepper, olive oil
  • lemon juice or balsamic vinegar to taste
  • 2 teaspoons white salad beans

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak the beans overnight and boil it. Drain and place in a bowl. Add finely chopped leeks and red onions, add salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar to taste and stir. Add the chopped fresh spices, peppers and tomatoes. Stir, cool, garnish and serve the salad.
