Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of chicken
  • 250 milliliters of light beer
  • 1 liter of salted water
  • black pepper, paprika to taste
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • 150 grams of shredded cheese
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon rice
  • 300 grams of yogurt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon flour

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the water into a saucepan, boil the meat and strain the broth. Pour it into a clean container, cool and chop the chicken. Pour the beer, season with black pepper, paprika and finely chopped parsley. Season with lemon juice and stir.

Add the rice and let the liquid simmer on low heat until the products are ready. Cool and set aside some of the broth. Beat the yolks with the yoghurt, the flour and the previously separated soup.

Stir until smooth and return the mixture to the pan, stirring several times. Divide portions into bowls, sprinkle with more parsley if desired and garnish with grated cheese. Serve and eat with pleasure.
