Required products :

800 grams of beets

100 grams of semolina

2 eggs

60 milliliters of vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic

salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the beets until fully cooked and peel them. Then grate with a coarse grater and add the crushed garlic and eggs. Next, semolina and mix everything thoroughly. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Scoop out of it with a simple tablespoon, form approximately the same size meatballs, which fry until golden in hot oil.
