Necessary products:

150 grams of berries

500 grams of cream cheese

350 ml cream

120 grams of sugar

5 eggs

125 ml of fresh milk

250 grams of flour

oil

Method of preparation:

Grind the strawberries to make a puree. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and cream. Then add the strawberry puree and stir. Refrigerate the mixture to cool and thicken.

Take another deep bowl and beat the yolks, vegetable oil, milk, sugar and flour in it. Beat the egg whites and add them to the dough gradually and carefully. Stir until smooth. Bake the loaf and while it is still warm, cut it into 3 equal parts horizontally. Glue the individual loaves with the strawberry cream, spread the cake on all sides and on top. Garnish with strawberry pieces.
