Required products :

1 kg strawberries
5 liters water
100 grams sugar
25 grams yeast
250 grams honey
lemon juice on the tip of a knife
2 tbsp raisins

Method of preparation :

Wash the strawberries, clean them of excess and squeeze the juice.
Put the mashed fruits in an enamel saucepan, pour the water and place on the stove. When the mixture boils, remove from the heat and strain after 10 minutes.
Add the strawberry juice, yeast mixed with sugar, honey and lemon juice to the liquid on the tip of a knife.
Mix everything thoroughly and leave in a warm place for 1-2 days.
Then distribute the yeast in bottles in which you have previously put 5-6 raisins. Close the containers tightly and store the drink in a cool place.
