Required products :

300 grams of sweet canned corn

2 medium onions

2 eggs

4 tablespoons flour (topped)

50 grams of ham

50 grams of yellow cheese

frying oil

salt and spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Drain the liquid from the corn, leaving only 4 tbsp. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the salt, spices and flour, add the finely chopped onion and mix everything well. Then in this mixture pour the corn, 4 tablespoons of canned juice, finely chopped ham and grated cheese. Stir well. Beat the egg whites, add them to the resulting combination. Carefully mix everything.

Scoop with a tablespoon of the "dough" and fry the "cakes" on both sides in hot oil until golden.
