How To Cook Broccoli Salad With Olives, Parmesan And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :


350 grams of broccoli
50 grams of pitted black olives
50 grams of walnuts
20-30 grams of parmesan
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon honey
link fresh basil
ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Divide the broccoli into "bouquets" and blanch them for 3 minutes in boiling water. Maybe longer if you prefer them to be softer.


Drain the hot water and rinse the broccoli with cold to preserve its color.
Finely chop the basil.

 

Roast the walnuts in a dry pan. Cut the olives in half, if desired, or leave whole.
Make a dressing by mixing olive oil with balsamic vinegar, wine and honey. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.


Put the broccoli in a suitable dish, add the olives, walnuts and basil.

 

Drizzle the salad with the prepared sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
