Required products (for 1 - 2 servings) :

50 - 60 grams of boiled buckwheat (4 tablespoons)

150 - 200 grams of tomatoes (1 tomato)

30 grams of Chinese cabbage

onion and / or garlic if desired and to taste

 

2 - 2.5 tablespoons vegetable oil (about 40 milliliters)

a little salt

2 teaspoons 3% vinegar (about 10 milliliters)

 

Method of preparation :

Pre-boil the buckwheat in salted water. Let cool as you wish (you can use hot, cold or at room temperature).

Cut the cabbage into small pieces and the tomatoes into cubes.

In a suitable bowl, mix the tomatoes, cabbage and chilled buckwheat. If desired, you can add finely chopped onions or garlic, also pepper.

Season with salt, vinegar and oil, stir in the salad and serve.
