Required products :
4 kg green beans
1 kg red peppers
1 kg tomatoes
2 teaspoons oil
2 tablespoons vinegar essence 70%
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons salt
Method of preparation :
Peel all the vegetables and cut them into large pieces. Put them in a saucepan, add salt, sugar, pepper. Then pour the oil and place the dish on the stove. Allow the mixture to boil for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
At the end of cooking, add the vinegar essence, stir, distribute the vegetable combination in sterilized jars and close. Turn them upside down, wrap in a blanket and leave until completely cooled.
