Required products :

  • 50 grams of ground coffee
  • 30 grams of coconut puree
  • 25 milliliters of passion fruit syrup
  • 20 grams of whipped cream
  • 150 milliliters of still water
  • 3 - 4 coffee beans

Method of preparation :

Boil ground coffee in 150 ml of water. Grind the inside of the coconut with a blender to get a puree. In a suitable cup (Irish coffee cup is recommended) put the coconut puree, pour passion fruit juice and brewed coffee, stir with a cocktail spoon. Garnish with whipped cream and coffee beans.
