Necessary products:

2 carrots

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

3 cloves garlic

100 grams of yellow cheese

Method of preparation:

Grate the carrots and yellow cheese on a fine grater, mash the garlic. In a deep bowl, mix half of the cheese, carrots, garlic, add mayonnaise and mix well.
