Required products :

  • 1/3 tea cup mayonnaise
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/3 tea cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 10 slices of bacon
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 1/2 tea cheddar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Monterey Jack cheese
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Put the cream cheese in a bowl, add the mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir until smooth.

Season with garlic powder. Finely chop the bacon slices, chop the hot pepper and grate the cheese. 

Leave a small part of all the products to sprinkle at the end, and put the rest with the cream cheese. Stir well. Sprinkle with cheddar, bacon and jalapeno on top. 

Bake for 15 minutes, until an appetizing golden crust. Cool for 3 minutes and serve with crispy bread.
