Required products :
- 100 grams of hard yellow cheese
- 50 grams of sausage of your choice (you can use mushrooms, green spices and other favorite products)
Method of preparation :
Finely grate the yellow cheese, cut the sausage into small pieces.
Distribute the yellow cheese in a tray, forming small piles of it, which should be at some distance from each other, because otherwise, when the yellow cheese melts, it will merge into one layer.
Sprinkle pieces of sausage on this base and place the pan in the oven at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
The chips bake very quickly, so be careful not to burn them. When a brownish crust begins to form on the surface, remove from the oven.
You can serve the appetizer with cold beer or a cup of warm aromatic tea.
