Fry the livers in oil on both sides for 5-10 minutes.
Fry onions, garlic and carrots in another pan, pour the cream and simmer on low heat for a few minutes. At the end of cooking, pour the pre-cooked chickpeas, stir and cook a little more.
Mix the fried vegetables with chickpeas and liver, season to taste and puree until smooth.
Transfer the resulting pate to a greased form and store in the refrigerator overnight.
