Required products :

chicken fillet according to the desired number of servings

garlic - 1 clove for each piece of fillet

a mixture of red and black peppers

skimmed cream

a little oil

salt to taste

toothpicks for fixing the rolls

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the fillet, hammer it, season with salt and pepper, leave for 10 minutes.

Before that, peel the garlic and cut the cloves into small pieces. Spread them on the meat and pour cream on top (but do not overdo it).

Form rolls, which you fasten with toothpicks so that they do not dissolve.

Arrange them in a baking dish, add a little oil and place in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
