Required products :

3 liters of water

1 onion

3 eggs

300 grams of chicken fillet

dill, parsley

pepper

Method of preparation :

Pour the water into a suitable saucepan and place on the stove. Wash the fillet, put it in the water and wait until it boils. When this happens, remove the foam that has formed.

Peel an onion, wash and chop finely. Add it to the pan, add pepper and salt to taste, let everything boil for 30 minutes.

Boil the eggs separately (about 10 minutes).

When the fillet is cooked, chop with your hands and return to the broth.

Cut parsley and / or dill, peel the eggs and cut into two pieces lengthwise.

Divide the broth with the meat in suitable plates or bowls, in each of them put two pieces of egg, sprinkle with green spices and serve the soup hot.
