Necessary products:

1 chicken leg or other part of the chicken

5 medium potatoes

1 carrot

1 onion

100 g fide

parsley

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Put the meat in boiling salted water and cook until semi-cooked (about 15 - 20 minutes). Then add the diced potatoes. Grate carrots on a coarse grater and cut onions into cubes and fry them together in oil. Put the fried vegetables in the broth, add the noodles. Wait until the soup boils again and leave on the stove for a few minutes until the noodles are ready. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and turn off the heat.
