Required products :
- 6 chicken wings, halved
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Method of preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cover the pan with aluminum foil and place a grill in it.
- In a medium bowl, combine salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, chili and oregano. Stir well.
- Rub the spice mix on the chicken wings and wrap each in a slice of bacon.
- Arrange on the grill with the free end of the bacon facing down to prevent it from developing during baking.
- Bake the chicken wings for about 1 hour, turning them in the middle.
- Allow them to cool briefly, garnish and serve.
