Required products :

  • 8 chicken legs
  • 8 pieces of raw smoked ham
  • 800 grams of small fleshy tomatoes
  • 400 grams of canned beans (white)
  • 180 milliliters of dry white wine
  • connection basil
  • olive oil, salt and pepper - to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Rub the legs with salt and pepper. Put 2-3 basil leaves on each and wrap in a piece of smoked ham.

Arrange them in a pan in which you have previously heated olive oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Cut the tomatoes in half, chop the remaining basil leaves and put the two products next to the chicken. Pour the wine, seal the container tightly with foil and place in the oven at 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Then remove the coating and add the canned beans (without the liquid) to the pan. Stir and return the pan to the oven for another 20-30 minutes, increasing the temperature to 200 degrees.

Once the dish is ready, serve immediately, sprinkled with olive oil and sprinkled with the remaining basil leaves.
