Required products :
1 medium piece chicken breast
1 cup yogurt
2 medium carrots
3 stalks of celery
1 stalk leek (white part only)
4 eggs
parsley
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes, the vegetables into thin slices and the parsley into small pieces. Mix the vegetables and meat, season with spices, add the milk, parsley and mix everything well. Divide the mixture into two pots, beat 2 eggs on top. Put the dish to bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
